This latest initiative is part of the larger corporate brand revitalization program. The Driver's Club aims to have the drivers as "ambassadors" of CCN. This is especially true when drivers are the employees of CCN that the customers normally see when receiving their shipment. Recognizing this, CCN is putting ever more efforts to ensure that the drivers provide excellent services to the customers. The driver is an essential link between customers and CCN.

The main objectives of this club are to create drivers with "Company Ambassador" status which are competent and in line with the requirement of the company's strategy. It is also to improve the drivers' ability in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Safety features and quality were also applied by practicing the right working culture. In order to nurture a comfortable and stable working environment, their affairs and welfare were also cared. Other than that, CCN has established a driver's recognition program in the form of incentives and benefts according to their grade.

Among the benefits offered to the drivers according to their grades are insurance coverage, allocation of uniforms and safety equipments, child birth, children's academic achievement, benefit of death, appreciation awards, trainings, seminars and et cetera.
